With more than ten years of experience working in New York City, San Francisco, Singapore, China, and currently, Australia, Jay Demetillo’s professional journey has taken him from designing within the Western world ideals to learning and adapting to Southeast Asia’s culture and technology.‍ He has designed for companies such as Twitter, Pinterest, Yahoo, Grab, and Canva and lectured at California College of the Arts in San Francisco and for ACG in China. Jay is also the host of the podcast Traces in which he and his guests explore the impact of tech on culture in developing countries. Thank you for everything you do for the community, dear Jay!
